As Expected, Tetra Laval Files EC Decision Appeal: Seeks A Greater Degree Of Reasoning

Tetra Laval, Lund, Sweden, in an attempt to save its acquisition bid for French blowmolding machinery manufacturer Sidel, has lodged an appeal with the Court of First Instance of the European Communities in Luxembourg against the European Commission's (EC) decision to block its acquisition of Sidel.
